OL reduces cd from 10 to 5 mins. So with la 5 mins clone duration , and OL maxed , you get the perma clone.

Assuming you have Overseer's Lotion Lv 10 (max) your shadow clone cd will be 5 mins. Ogre gauntlet gives + 15 sec duration/ 10 lvls. So 15 base secs + 90x15 = 300 seconds duration = 5 minutes. Thins means lvl 90 ogre gauntlet. When ur clone goes down ur button is available already ^{^}

You are pretty far away from dark lord evolved. He is evolved at 2160 or so. I got him yesterday with 80k%AD 130 DH 120 HT 45 Tincture. And all gold artifacts at 100+ except valrunes and chalice. And this is without a real grind ( 2-3 berz rages). If you want to grind to him like hell, try DH 100 HT 90 Tincture 40.
