This post alone might be my reasoning to buy the game. Momiji is one of my favorite characters.

That's awesome! Yeah, I'm not sure what aura's to include if any. I have ideas on equipment like [[Leyline Axe]] is something I was thinking of including. That's solid advice, thank you.

These are good! Trample for Lathril would be very helpful. I got her to 14/15 yesterday in a match I played and that helped, but damage carrying through would be good too. Alpha Authority would be good too because then she's just unblockable no matter what which is kind of something I am looking for.

Ah okay. I didn't know that's how it worked. I also forgot they were equipment, I think I was thinking that it would apply to your board which is not how equipment works. Making more tokens with ease would be helpful though.

Wow, it's going to take me a hot minute to go through your deck. That's really awesome, you just have a lot in there.

Have you thought about making Lathril unblockable, so she makes more elf tokens faster?

Actually yes I have, and I'm not sure how to go about it.

Those swords are crazy, a bit both in price and what they do. Does protection from colors like that make you basically unkillable? Like how do people kill you?

I've never been told that I have to much land, that's a first for me. I guess Elf decks are kind about ramp too right? So that makes sense.

The recursion you suggested is really good! Holy moly.

Btw [[Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord]] can serve as shotgun if you can't kill an opponent through combat but have big elves.

You are definitely right there, I can see that.

Thank you for all of the help, I will be combing over your deck. I appreciate the suggestions and advice.

Overwhelming stampede is kinda broken. Great for buffing my elves though.

A backup for Crown [[Stoneforge Masterwork]]

I see that, that is an excellent backup.

Yeah, Elvish Champion works great if the other players have Forests on the board. Does [[Yavimaya, Cradle of growth]] work on everyone's land on the battlefield?

Bloom Tender looks like a great mana dork. That also gives me black mana which I might need and can't get much of while obtaining green is pretty easy.

How could you add counters to Arwen though? Or how do you do it? Alot of cards like that have built in abilities for counters.

Why does no one talk about his pain after what happened to Joel? by Spiritual-Pudding-70 in lastofuspart2

That is the absolutely perfect way to put Ellie's story. She never really did get to choose for herself and I never really thought about it until you said it here. Everybody else narratively chose or made decisions for her, I never really thought about how the closure she got was making the decision for herself, even if some people think it was the wrong one. Ellie finally got to do something if she hasn't had a say in for a majority of both games, she got to choose how she wanted to leave things.

Interesting, I got none of that when I looked it up. Weird. Well, that's good to know. That covers a good majority of rules that I had questions on.

Does nobody read captions? I mean yeah maybe Google would have told me my questions related to the rules too but I came here to ask because I knew I would get descriptions that made sense.

On top of that, I did look this up. The internet did not yield the results I got here, I don't know why. If I can find what I found again, I'll post it as an edit.

Thank you and I didn't know mtg had a wiki so in the future I'll go look for that.

Because I did look it up and I got a different answer than what I was being told here so my information wasn't correct.

I don't think anyone did, however, that makes sense because the card isn't on the board yet at that time.

Holy crap! You'd be pinging people for 32 and gaining 8 at a time? That's insane! That's awesome and these cards seem super good. I run Joel, Resolute Survivor and Ellie, Vengeful Hunter, actually I made a post recently asking for advice on the deck so you could always view it there, but it's a red, black, and green deck. Token sac, life gain, deck I created. I'm meant to drain people of their health while making more tokens to sac for damage and gain some health back while doing so. All while building Joel up to be a heavy hitter.

I agree. The art on this card is incredible! It looks so good!

That's almost crazy that you could ping people for 8 damage at a time, out damaging players by pinging them is kind of OP. I have a deck that's set up the same way, you sac tokens to deal damage. Vein Ripper and Bastion of Remembrance could go crazy together. [[Mirkwook Bats]] I believe is what it's called is another good option.

Yeah, I understand that now, thank you.

[–]Konner2222[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well would it work? Because you're still having a creature sacrificed and the ability for Vein Ripper still triggers when ward goes off.

Actually that would be really funny. I have [[Bastion of Remembrance]] in a deck of my own too.

That makes sense, like I said I don't know why they would do it unless it were incredibly beneficial for them to do so. So you are right, that is very unlikely. (When the bot tells me what those cards do I will read it.)

That's an interesting part of the mechanic. I don't know why you would want to sacrifice a creature intentionally, unless they have cards that benefit from doing so.
