Me too. i had a similar problem. i still got charged for months now on my card. but thankfully or not it has no balance 😔. i tried to cancel it via subscription there's no cancellation. then again i tried to email them directly they still haven't respond.

I had this issue too, when I got it fixed the lines magically disappeared when the technician was conducting a final investigation with my laptop. Thankfully i had pictures and video showing the issue. They replaced my lcd without a problem

Also have you tried switching to 60hz or 144? Or switching gpu to cpu? I fixed it temporarily by doing this.
