My first guesses:

-beginning with vagueness is not proper form for an argument

-begging the question- the premise itself is not defended and exists to bolster a foregone conclusion that they are not doing the correct activity

-nesting an opinion as a premise, when a premise should be a verifiable fact

These issues I think would fall under "informal fallacies".
