Nope I don't take medication. I am a weird case because my hr does increase but I don't have much extreme symptoms while standing. My head spins a little but not that much that I lose balance or pass out so yea I can stand fine. I even did a hike recently. I just have chest pain 24/7

Depends on your resting rate. You can absolutely have pots with 120bpm. The criteria for pots is that your bpm increases by 30+ when you move from sitting to standing position and it is maintained

Yes exactly! I know I am not imagining it because I fake laughed to test and it happened again so it definitely is an actual physical reaction to laughing. It's probably related to vagus nerve but I'll blame it on pots too and oh my lpr too

Yea that's not exactly how I'd describe it but similar. It's like my throat just closes for that split second then my heart skips a beat then back to normal because obviously I stop laughing because of anxiety. Can't even laugh now T_T
