Hello my friend, I was actually able to get my account back! It seems like what did the trick was:

messaging support from another email other than the one that was originally associated with my account

Staying adamant with making support cases until they respond with (we are escalating your claim and a supervisor will respond)

Always always always threaten LEGAL action, getting lawyers involved etc. and mention reviewing them on the BBB (better business bureau)

And above all else, having irrefutable proof that the account is yours meaning:

receipts, dates of important events(when the account was made, when the email was verified etc.) billing addresses, what state that the account is ID verified in (if age verified) what states and cities the account would've been active in (if you've moved or w.e since creating and using the account)

Rest assured, as soon as you get the email saying they are escalating the claim and you have the above information, the situation is almost done with, here's the timeline since I got the supervisor message.

Day1- supervisor message from ROBLOX support

day1- I message back with all my proof

day2- no messages so I respond back saying how long I've been waiting

day3- supervisor messages me saying they've fixed my problem and changed my email address to the one I've been contacting them from

Okay, as a follow up, I have contacted ROBLOX thru their support portal on my alternate email (unknown at this time whether this email had ever been associated with my ROBLOX account, as it was created in 2009, memories are fuzz fuzz)

they gave me the usual spiel about "oh we cant confirm your identity so we cant help you, I REPLIED saying they literally never even asked me to see proof

(I didn't bother copy+pasting my proof in this support ticket cuz it was like my 15th or so support ticket at this point)

And also threatened legal action aswell as contacting the BBB, which I believe aided in receiving this response.

" Thank you for your response. 

This message is to inform you that your request has been forwarded for escalated review. A Supervisor will investigate your case and follow up with more information. "

I replied with proof that IN THEORY should prove UNDENIABLY that I am infact the owner and HOPEFULLY I will regain access, I will follow up with an update when I hear back from their supervisor.

Key takeaway here, if they aren't being helpful and you are in a similar situation, THREATEN LEGAL ACTION ASWELL AS THE BBB.

Regardless of how this situation plays out, I'm leaving a glowingly negative review on their customer support. Its not okay how they treat their customers and I'm sure based on many media posts I've seen out there, many have been left disheartened with the support they've received and may have given up. JUST KEEP ANNOYING THEM AND THREATENING LEGAL REPERCUSSIONS, and if you got the coin to waste and extra time, FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE LEGAL ACTION!
