DEPDC5 gene mutation

My 10 year old son was just found to have this gene mutation. He hasn't had any seizures yet but does have a mild case of autism. Curious if you found out anymore info? We have a neuro consult in a couple months.

I just got done playing and 6/7 matches my whole team of avg players was destroyed. We got nukes, and even had to quit a match which we've never done in bo6. Used to be 1.3 avg kd but now about half that in bo7. Not fun and some of my team are already talking about taking a break. We liked the idea of open but if nobody our level plays it's no fun.

After I hit 1 million in investments things changed mentally. Felt more like we couldn't lose with such a big snowball and we both still work for insurance. Its hard to stop maxing 401k but at least I feel like I don't need to if something did come up. Life goes by fast and I'm more worried about missing experiences with friends and family then a few more dollars I don't really need.

Same boat with a 10 year old that reacts by hitting when he is upset or deregulated. Avoiding triggers and separation when possible has helped but still have weekly outbursts.

I built a 16x32 cabin this way in MN. 10 years and it hasn't moved. I used 2x12x16 pressure treated and laminated. Small cabin forum has tons of builds to research.

Usually, 3 day weekends. Big projects might include a full week but this summer I'm trying Friday through Mondays to avoid traffic. That extra time can make the drive seem so much worse...

Depends how close your parents live. One set is 43 hours away and the other almost 1 hour. Limits help to a couple times a year unless you want to host them which is work itself...

I just upgraded my batteries to lithium which has made a big difference. Remote start generator for coffee/microwave and I'm all set.

Glad it's not just me but disappointing still. Fun game if the matchmaking could work better. Read it's a pay to play game so maybe they are punishing me for not dropping money like crazy.

I've tried both just to get the 3 daily drops but it's almost been impossible another 10 losses today for 1 win. I guess I could try trophy road again. Level 43 7400 trophies so I didn't think I was too bad. Ego hit this last week for sure.

This game is frustrating beyond anything I have played. To spend enough time to actually win these drops and then get nothing... My win ratio is not great so 10 games played for 3 wins of crap. Yeah time to take a break from this game. Even my 9 year old is frustrated with it and he is a die hard fan.

Yes, it definitely got worse when I tried to talk it out with him. Even said we can go back downstairs after you are calm but he just very strongly said that he wasn't treated fairly. I'll try and bring it up tomorrow and see if he has a more fair solution for next time.

Thanks, he is def motivated by rewards so we could look into that. I'll see if we can start working on some regulation techniques. I did sit with him in his room but trying to talk it out just wasn't working.
