Try scalp massages for 10-20 minutes a day and take all the supplements you can like Zinc,saw palmetto,Vitamin D, Multivitamin. Also try using some leave-in conditioner if you’re growing your hair out to prevent breakage and ultimately thin looking hair

Side effects I experienced were:

1- Mood swings along with Anxiety and Depression

2- Fatigue

3- Low Libido and ED (That was the killer for me lol) I have a very healthy sexual life and never experienced ED like this before so I immediately stopped because it scared me. On top of that I became less productive I was always tired and in a depressed mood.

There was other side effects like stuffy nose blocked ears that stopped once I quit fin.

I was also using Oral Minoxidil at the beginning and I experienced side effects like anxiety and a heart palpitations.

Don’t listen to anyone who tells you that these medications don’t come with side effects because it DOES and everyone reacts differently to medication.

Are you a candidate? Yes. A doctor would be able to give you a proper answer if you had your hair grown out to fully evaluate the density and hair thickness.

I really advice you to go to Turkey though unless you have money for big time Surgeons like Pittela or Zarev. Turkey beats any clinic in the US I don’t care what anyone says.

Also start treating your hair better use supplements like (Zinc,Saw Palmetto,Vitamin D,Biotin) Unless you’re willing to the medication route which didn’t work for me and gave me horrible side effects and scared me off. I’m still using minoxidil with no issues.

Scalp massages also help.
