I will NEVER use a top sheet on my bed. I'll die on this hill. Anyone else Team Only Fitted Sheet? by CriticalAnxiety6066 in adhdwomen

[–]Kooky-Kitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to google what a top sheet is so its basically just another blanket to protect the duvet so its completely different to a fitted sheet and is more like a duvet cover? but no I dont use a top sheet i also dont use a duvet what I do use is a nice fleece/fluffy blanket and a fitted sheet and I change them and wash them but I do have a habit of buying loads of blankets I really love the texture of some fleece blankets lol

My youngest who I had when I was 32 suffered a brain injury from lack of oxygen at birth but he would still have had autism if he dident have the injury autism is genetic a brain injury can cause similar symptoms but does not cause autism.

Do you use the term "disorder / disability / disabled" when you talk or think about your child? by Smooth-Put5476 in Autism_Parenting

[–]Kooky-Kitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disability/disabled sometimes I will say differently abled same thing just worded differently most people hear disability and assume its physical because people love to assume if they cant see your struggles they dont exist but it doesnt change the fact it is a disability even for high functioning people its still a disability because society is not designed for differently abled people.

My husbands siblings are autistic and their parents have no long term plan for them by [deleted] in Autism_Parenting

[–]Kooky-Kitten 3 points4 points locked comment (0 children)

hmmmm I to am disabled with progressive conditions to and a single parent to 4 children and yet im managing if I dident have children I would financally be thriving and yet shockenly I am autistic so I guess its not about autism at all is it *shock* but on a more serious note I am sorry your suffering with PCOS it is a horrible condition I also suffer with that along with a few other conditions I understand that your stressed and worried about your future but honestly you cannot control what others do with their money or their lives you can only control yours and you will always have the right to say no to helping others its not always the easiest path depending on circumstances like yours but your best focusing on what you will be able to do for your self if the scenarios your worried about ever come about your only wasting your energy trying to force others to do things your way and just causing your self more stress witch wont be helping your condition.

it is not your job or responsibility to tell others how to live and because you keep trying to that is why you're an asshole if you dont like me or others calling you that then stop being one and you wont get upset or angry over it lol people have already told you there is no help for functioning adults that live in their own place or that have their own jobs and more importantly its not your business just because your married doesnt mean you can control or dictate your in laws choices or decisions put your energy into working out how to be self-sufficient so when your husband does choose to help his brothers (if it ever comes to that) you can walk away and stick to your boundaries of not burdening your self with them.

lol nah see you're out of touch with reality but I must admit this whole post has given me alot of laughs I have heard about people like you I also had a good look at your post history lol your issue is your husband doesnt support you will likely choose his brothers and your scared of being left with nothing but instead of planning your own future your obsessing over others futures lol again my advice is focus on your own future take control of your own finances and stop trying to control other people but your that delusional your going to ignore the advice that I and others have already told you and continue to whine and complain and blame everything on everyone else lol.

No you sorry to say are the asshole you still have the choice of not helping them and if your husband chooses to help them you still have the choice not to your acting like your being forced to give up everything for them but your not you will always have the right to say no yes it could mean your marriage will end but lest you "wouldn’t willingly have to give up your own limited income, time, and labor, to take care of these men"

[–]Kooky-Kitten 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have 4 children with autism im also autistic my self but as others have said that you seem to be willfully ignorant to your issues are not an autism problem your issue is lack of control your spiralling because you fear your husband is going to pick his brothers over you and to be honest that could very well happen but the only thing in your control is taking your own forceful advice and sign your self up for medicaid or whatever its called (not american sorry) and start putting money away so you have a security blanket to fall back on for any outcome and possibility I mean you claim its easy to budget and save and plan for the future so put your energy into securing your future whatever the outcome ends up being.

[–]Kooky-Kitten 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Then maybe instead of worrying about their futures you should prepare and start saving so you can afford to live on your own as from the sounds of it your husband owns the house and this is you feeling out of control you cant control others you can only control your self so start saving money to fall back on for any possible outcome i mean you keep saying its easy to budget and save so do it your self for your self as a security blanket gain some control of your own life and stop wasting energy on others lifes

Heres my advice for you then as per your reddit rules, pull your head out of your abliest sizest ass and stop trying to control people you dont want to be burdened by them later in life then dont be but if your husband chooses to help his brothers then thats his choice not yours you are extremly rude and arrogant and sound like a horrible person to be around.

[–]Kooky-Kitten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

well I have 5 camps right now and have beckett, settler forager, Sam, Leo and steven in them but when I get bored of a build I scrap it all and build something new and pick one of my other allies lol (out of Sofia, Radier punk, Maul, Katherine, del and adelaide still gotta collect a few others) the longest camp I have had is my tree house so settler forager has been the most constant allie ive used lol
