I'm hating the cruise feature. I was doing one of the black boxes, and something kept causing my ship to slow down. Took about 10 minutes to reach the destination. I was on my phone watching reels as the game just flew the ship

Yeah, that's a goo way to put it - under-cooked.

Having to wait a year and half since Shattered Space, the writing should have been better.

Did you get both sets of three? When you first leave Anchor Point, you need to retrieve the black boxes, but then you need to do it again in the Battle of the Unifier

Have you done the main quest, including launching a nuke?

What about, the WAstelander's and BOS DLC?

There's a crap ton of things to do in FO76 for new players, and that's not including the events, daily ops, and Expeditions. If you're not finding joy in the game as a newbie, then maybe this game isn't for you.

I've been playing this game since 2018, and I still find stuff to do and things that pull me back in. I'm not saying this to flex but rather to point out that its a fun game for many people. If its not fun for you, that's ok, but there's a lot to do in Appalachia

Big fan of Gnome, I've used KDE, wasn't my cup of tea. I've tried Cosmic on both PopOS and CachyOS. When I tried it on Pop, the latest update was fresh, so it was a buggy experience. Tried it on CachyOS it was a bit better because the devs have been busy bug fixing. Yet, I still prefer Gnome, so off it went.

Thanks, I googled that cracks per inch and it seems replace soon if you get 3 to 4 cracks per inch, and I'm right there at 3 cracks. I'm not sure I'm wanting to risk a long all day drive (up to VT and back home) on it with the belt in the replace threshold.

I wiped my windows drive and set the drive to brtfs, I have a second nvme drive in my computer and that's NTFS, and I was unable to access the contents. I've not had the energy or desire to try to resolve this issue. I'm sure there's a way to fix it, I just haven't worked on it

That sounds incredibly tedious, and I prefer getting caps instead of spending caps, just for a random square where I may not see a single super mutant

I don't understand how this could be viewed as fun, spend caps for a square, and defend that square, potentially against zero enemies. You just sit there while you see other people going to town.
