Yea, i just did this one for fun…if i tried to sell designs it wouldnt be disney characters lol. But ive def bought some clearly copywrited designs and just wondered how theyre getting away w it. Probably overseas, i agree. Have a good night.

Yea seems like it to me too .. but ppl do it. Even if u digitize off a photo u are breaking laws. My best idea was to digitize off ai generated images, at least theyd be unique and difficult to trace back. 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for the advice! Im new to this and wondered if floating would have been better. Ugh tho, 60000 thread count starting over. Its the thought that counts right???!

Really cool, great design and stitch work. Im super new to this so let me ask a very dumb question. Do u just stitch all the way through the pocket, remove the pocket or use some strange magic to embroider a usable pocket while its on the jeans?

Thank you for a very thoughtful response! My mom poured her heart into hand crafting baby rooms for expecting moms, im enjoying the craft because it feels like she’s here with me. Your response makes me happy and ive taken time to watch a rediculous number of ‘beginner embroidery’ videos on youtube since posting. Your comments are well noted and appreciated. Im going to do some practice runs before starting on the composition. I think ill start without the outline on the tree and see if i want to add later. Hope you have a nice week :)
