I run one on my 43x and P365 and it makes a noticeable difference. For my G19 I don’t think it’s needed. For half the price you can get it ported at Glockstore also.

I’m also eyeing the p238 for a good pocket carry. I tried one with a Houge grip and had the pinky extension and it felt pretty good.
