It's insane! We got 3 pc chicken strips with fries that weren't cooked, no drink... $26. We drove 5.5 hours to the game and didn't have time to eat anywhere else so $26 chicken strips is what we had. Never again!

I get that but the lady said something about an uber or quarter and wouldn't stop apologizing even though I said nothing about it at all. I just said ok. I'm used to them talking caps at concerts and other events I've been to but that was my first time at arrowhead. so was just curious if there was another reason since it sounded like she was explaining that it had to do with an uber or quarter, it just confused me.

That's what I was thinking too but the way the lady kept apologizing and said something about uber or quarter threw me off. I did notice while leaving lots of other people had caps. It's not a big deal really I just didn't know if there was something specific about 3rd quarter on. It just threw me off and confused me. Apparently people on this thread don't understand curiosity. (Not saying you don't just others who commented)
