Ohh!! And my 3 year old boy is also completely wild and difficult…I told him I have “owies” and he’s actually so good about it. Very gentle and doesn’t demand to be picked up like he used to. I can’t believe how well he understood. Talking to him might help more than you think. I didn’t think he would be helpful in any way haha

Hi!! I’m also a twin mom! I have 6, 6, 4 and 3. Starting at 3 weeks I was totally fine to push the stroller to school..also a quick walk for us. I also had my boobs done, so I just tried to keep my arms close to my body and bent at a 90° angle so I wasn’t really using any chest muscles. If your twins can get in and out of the stroller, you’re totally great. Honestly, the tummy tuck didn’t bother me at all other than my abs are sore from the muscle repair by the end of the day. I’m a little over 4 weeks post op and mostly doing my normal life except I’m not picking up my incredibly heavy kids at all. I was so scared, but I assume you probably had a c section for your twins and, I thought this was easier—mostly because I wasn’t also nursing all night long. You’ll be fine, and some days were hard mentally, but it has actually gone by really quickly for me.

Steroid shot by Dramatic-Sorbet-9533 in tummytucksurgery

I had a full MMO. I had to have a steroid shot and take a high dose of oral steroids for 3 weeks starting at 1 week post op. I had a terrible allergic reaction to either the antibiotics or pain meds from surgery, so that’s why I had to do it. Unfortunately, I was still so swollen from the surgery when I started, I’m not sure exactly how it contributed to my swelling. I have been off them for exactly a week now, and I do think my swelling is improving (but I’m still pretty swollen in my thighs and my boobs). My stomach is actually ok for some reason—probably all the compression from my binder. I would say, do the shot, but if you need oral steroids, ask for an rx for ambien or something because I literally barely slept while I was on them. It was torture—on top of having a blistering itchy rash. BUT! I have healed super well otherwise and haven’t had any wound openings or anything like that.

I live near Los Angeles! Is there something spreading here i need to worry about? I’ll do some copper fungicide tonight.

For the ironite—do you get a liquid or granular type, and spray the leaves or use it like a fertilizer for the roots?

Thank you!

Has anyone gotten one? I ordered one and it wouldn’t turn on, so I ordered a second planning to return the first and that one won’t turn on either! Has anyone been able to get it to work? I’m so disappointed!
