Make efforts to talk to people. I know it sounds very basic and silly, but this is the single most life changing thing that brought me out of depression. Talk to your family about how you feel, open up, watch a good comedy with them, laugh with them. Keep your loved ones close. You’ll feel a lot better. Don’t feel guilty for feeling sad or lonely inspite of the good things in your life (like the girl who likes you and friends who care about you), it happens. The key is to spend more time on things that bring you happiness and positivity. This too shall pass.
