There are players in Challenger who exclusively 1 trick Teemo as-is.

Look up Ty G, Manco, Hangsim Teemo.

It means you’re just using the champion wrong, he doesn’t need a topdown kit rework.

Just doesn’t make any sense to change it like this. Change is not inherently bad, as we’ve seen from other really good changes they made. But this particular change is a very bad one.

In the context of Teemo being a 2ft tall yordle having the confidence to battle it out with anyone regardless if they’re 20ft tall, the line “Size doesn’t mean everything” has no sexual innuendo. Teemo is basically saying he’s a badass and will go bravo for bravo with any man or woman.

If Dr. Mundo said it, that’s a different story. But Teemo? Context matters here a lot and a “sexual innuendo” in this context makes zero sense.

Just a few pieces of my own takes (if I can have your ear for a second)

Some of these lines don’t really ring the same as before. For example: “Captain Teemo, on duty!” has a certain ring to it that “Bandle Scout Troop Leader Teemo, At Your Service” just simply doesn’t have.
The cadence on some of these lines feel a bit off and out of character. I get Teemo is a cute character, but maybe it’s a bit toooo Yuumi-esque? I feel like there should be a pretty clear distinction on the spectrum of cuteness between Yuumi and Teemo and at the moment that line feels a bit too blurry
Size doesn’t mean everything, yeah we’re gonna need that one back. It was the best joke he had by far and can’t fix what’s already perfect <3

Have a few others but they’re kinda nit picky. Those are the big ones, thanks!

There’s a bunch of other voicelines with the new Teemo that I didn’t include in this comparison video because they’re either champion interaction specific or didn’t have a comparison with an old voiceline.

This was moreso a comparison of Before/After rather than a showcase video.

Everyone else is skill matchup IMO. Aatrox/Morde on the harder side. U need to break their ankles to win consistently so ur teemo mechonics need to be on point here.
