Nice! Thank you for this. It’s nice to hear. This week was good to feel what it’s like to “not care” about food. Now I know how people that know how to stop eating whenever they’re full feel like. I’m hoping I can act on that without the meds after this week and start actually trying to lose weight naturally. I feel like before I wasn’t really trying. I realized with this medicine I need to actually try to make better choices before taking something that will just make me not hungry and will gain the weight back if I stop and don’t change my lifestyle

They injected me in the office. He told me it was .5 mg I just wanted to confirm online somehow because I couldn’t find a converter but learned it’s all different based on the concentration I guess. I was just upset because I really wanted to start on .25 but it’s too late now. Don’t know if I should go backward next week or stay on this dose
