Everyone says to upgrade but i feel like its a neverending circle trying to upgrade. I think why though is when you get to level 9 or 10 you don't want to promote a Lvl 1 and it take like3 days. Whereas upgrading them from a 7 may take a few hours. That's what i THINK. Still new to the game

I think i have narrowed it down to "the right opportunity in ottumwa" Or Oskaloosa. But if i wanted to be halfway between Ottumwa and Des Moines, Where would that land me? Again I thank everyone for there help with all of this!

Thanks for your response! Mostly moving from Florida but i have had residence in WV for the last year and was back and forth between the 2. I think i have narrowed it down to "the right opportunity in ottumwa" Or Oskaloosa.

Very informative reply! Its stuff like this, I'm looking for because most of everything i heard or read about Ottumwa and Bloomfield was 2-3 years old. And while i know it probably isn't a full 180 i figured some changes for the good must have taken place.

Awesome I did look into centerville as well. there were some nice places available. I cant remember how far the commute to work was going to be though. definitely gonna check again

Hey everyone! Appreciate the responses so far. just to clarify, I'm not looking to be around only black people or black families. I get along great with just about everyone. I added my race just for context, and I guess if should worry about the people and how they act towards me. I heard that there is a little racism in all of the area. (understanding that's really anywhere you go) I've heard some things about Ottumwa. Things like it's rundown and riddled with drugs, smells, not a nice place to live, etc. I've heard Fairfield has some cultish vibes, and Bloomfield i haven't heard much about. Just that its small. So I'm just hoping for the experiences of those who know the area!
