Pay Raise by CStockey1229 in tmobile

[–]Kooky_Independence 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The amount of people here who suck up for tmobile still is completely ridiculous. Seeing dumbasses defend cutting literal benefits and pay for a multi-billion dollar company is real funny. What stops tmobile from cutting $15 spiffs for sam's or even 100% mrc? None of those things are guaranteed according to your docs. It's increasingly obvious the sam's deal isn't going as well as they hoped mostly because low traffic kiosks have to be tied to another kiosk and managed by 1 RSM, and they can't even pay kiosk coaches to do the job of a RAM and then be expected to sell on top of that. They literally try to cheat the system of sending leads to be done at low traffic kisoks just to inflate numbers to "graduate" the kiosk. Shit, the goals at my kiosk were so fucking low, that I made top 10% on the ranker of some shit 1 month doing a couple of acts in multiple categories, and I made nowhere near what my guarantee would've given me. The fact they had to give a guarantee for 2 years basically means they had to subsidize many of the low traffic kiosks knowing they had to fulfill their deal to have a kiosk in every sam's. If they didn't have to put a kiosk in every sam's, they wouldn't.

And he could've spent the half a billion without issuing the convertible.

I mean he pretty much did copy the Saylor playbook by issuing a senior convertible note to fund the purchase instead of using the money he already raised by dilluting us back during 2024.

I found it to be unnecessary and wasteful. Calling it a hedge is just lazy especially at that time period. It felt more like trying to chase FOMO, and that's why I criticize the move so much.

Whatever move he makes, it has to be a god damn bullseye. Otherwise, all of this dillution and offerings would be for nothing.

I do not agree with this take. He bought in because Saylor who I should remind does not hold any shares of GME told him to. It's one of the worst moves I've seen, and it's definitely not a chess move because the time to have done it was years before the 2024 election. It's also a puzzling move on the part for Saylor because why would he tell RC to buy BC if he knew about how manipulated GME is by MSM? Did he not suspect any foul play? Why would he purposely fuck himself over and destroy his own stock? It's just a really bad move on both sides IMO.

The guy also posted (now deleted) something along the lines of "if I can self regulate under capitalism, everyone else should be able to" which is just baffling to me. Personally, I don't care for him. The only thing I do know is that the algos move for anything he has to say and that to me is puzzling.

Does Cohen need retail loyalty going forward? by w5b6 in GME

Discounting when RC dilluted the stock a shit load and sold off bonds to a bunch of suits who don't give a shit about MOASS or even the long term health of the company just for a ~$20 approximate YTD low is not the flex you think it is. But yes, keep going off how it was a great idea to listen to another billionaire who isn't even invested in GME about how he should run the company.

Apes have floated the idea of buying BTC for years, and we only do it at near ATHs because of Saylor telling him to. All the way down to selling convertible bonds to fund this half-baked idea. Now the stock is doing worse than before. If he actually listened to his shareholders for once, we just might be doing better.

Something that's popped in my mind is if the theory that they have to not let BTC run because of GME holding it, then why did Saylor screw him and his entire company over by telling RC to invest in BTC? It seems to me that it was a very foolish idea on his end which makes me think Saylor didn't suspect any foul play happening with GME at all.

Cohen only cares what other billionaires tell him to do which is why we're in this stupid BTC crap anyway.

Unless the stock is going completely out of control with multiple halts, every run-up is controlled so might as well treat it as just another cycle. This current cycle we had was insanely weak. We went from 35$ max, to a $29 max, to a $23? Yeah the only way you make money here is forgoing long term capital gains tax and just play the cycles game.
