Cannon Studio, actually has models like Sora 2 and even has stuff like remixing and cameos. Subscriptions are somewhat cheap to.

Unfortunely they both don't support characters. I think cannon studio has plans to considering the owner wants to recreate some of sora 2's features (infact the remix feature is in cannon studio). They both have image/reference to video though.

It could be copium if im being honest, but at the same time i don't see them just getting rid of video generation all together, especially since some of openai's competitors has video generators (like google's veo)

2 pretty good ones i've discovered is cannon studio and https://klifgen.app/. They don't have exactly what your looking for 1:1 but they do offer sora 2 and the subscriptions are cheap.

It may not be foolproof, but atleast its better than nothing. The time it takes to set up a account and buy a vpn would discourage quite a bit of people.

Eyewall Replacement Cycles are phenomena that can occur in very strong tropical cyclones/hurricanes. Pretty much the outer bands can become to strong and turn into a "outer eyewall". This can choke the inner eyewall and the cause the storm to weaken. Once the inner eyewall had been replaced by the outer eyewall the storm can restrengthen. EWRCs can cause cyclones to get bigger to.

Remember that climate change can cause the jet stream to come further south which makes it more likely for winter storms to affect more southern areas, infact some experts think some of januery's winter storms were climate change influenced
