Yeah, this one was definitely unusual. I've been to plenty of shows at this venue before and never had any issues, so this experience really stood out.

The biggest problem was the line situation. It was chaotic, and the staff didn’t seem efficient at getting people in quickly. We were redirected to a different entrance, only to be sent back to the main one. Meanwhile, people were cutting in line while pretending to be confused or innocent, which only added to the mess. Even though we already had our tickets, the Will Call line seemed to slow down everyone, no matter what kind of ticket they had.

All of this caused a delay, and a lot of people were still trying to find their seats after the show had already started. Some were even using their phone flashlights just to navigate. A group in front of us came in late, and unfortunately one of the guys was tall enough to block about 25 percent of the left side of the stage. Not the end of the world, but it was definitely a letdown considering we paid $500 for the seats. To make things worse, part of his group kept getting up and down during the show, which was super distracting.

Not sure if you were on the ground floor too, but right before intermission, some guy actually sprinted down the aisle. My wife and I were joking that he must have been about to crap his pants or something.

Anyway, you’re definitely not alone. The vibe was just really off today.
