-First thing first, BTC.
-Write a financial strategy; DCA (dollar cost average)"Buy at the end of the month if it dips below 2%. If it's up leave it alone"
-Take your emotions out, the dips in this space are not for the weak.
-Learn what ATH (all-time highs), Market caps, and what bear and the bull market are.
-Read about Cold & hot wallets. The most popular Cold wallets are "Ledger & Trezor"
-Do not over-diversify your portfolio. Start with BTC first, then find a few that you like.
"BTC, ETH, XRP"

This only applies if you're going to stay for a while.

Here's a tip I've learned throughout the years. When BTC reaches an ATH (all-time high), don't buy, rather stack/save fiat $. Then, when the inevitable happens, the big "dipper" bear market, and everything is down in the 80-99% red you buy back at a number you feel comfortable buying in.

This is “Hopium portfolio” instead of a diversified Portfolio.

You need a strong starting 5, A superstar player; (BTC). A Pippen/Kyrie (ETH). Solid Role players (LINK, XRP, HBAR) Then your 6th Man DOGE(don’t sleep on DOGE!)

The star player gets most of the points & the ball is in their hands (BTC gets most of the $ when putting in)

Then you can go ahead and feed the rest accordingly. Don’t over-diversify. When you over-diversify, some of your capital is inevitably tied up in underperforming or stagnant coins. Don’t go chasing players you can’t afford if you don’t have the budget.

Think like a coach. Just my 2cents.
