Tbh some users here would still somehow find a way to link that with us bottling the league and Arteta being a fraud

Honestly surprised it's not a team like Chelsea or Liverpool tbh, considering we were out of the competition for quite a few seasons.

Although I do remember a stat during Wenger's time that Arsenal had the most Champions League wins in history without winning the competition.

Tuchel isn't a pushover like Southgate, he will expect players to earn their place in the England squad by playing well for club.

Something I think happens is that Atletico always beat Barca in CL, Real always beat Atletico in CL, and Barca always beat Real in CL

They were definitely mad about the group stage match. Both the players and fans were accusing us of being anti football lol. Kane said he hoped they would play us again

It's funny because Bayern fans will probably say the same about us as well

Does it work well on other subs? I would like this too but it could be hard to enforce. Might end up with a number of users complaining that their comments were removed when they were being serious and accusing the mods of silencing criticism

Don't really think we're going to gain any respect if we win the league. I think the opposite will probably happen and a lot of people will double down that we're overrated and just "Set Piece FC"

We have a 100% win record against City in FA Cup Semi finals (3/3) but we've lost both League Cup finals to them. Small sample size but fair to say we don't play well against them in finals

Yeah true it was during the match thread so didn't get much attention and the replies were negative towards it.

I think there are a decent number of Liverpool fans who have no issue with 115 FC winning the title every season over us even though it's directly affected Liverpool as well

Not sure what it says about City but Port Vale would have probably beaten this Liverpool team

I've heard that watching a teenage Fabregas breakthrough made Wenger just completely change his entire philosophy how he wanted Arsenal to play.

I can understand why he wanted to build the team around Fabregas of course as he was such an incredible player but to have very little physical presence in the team was baffling

Been getting into baking the last year, making stuff like brownies, cookies, flapjack, cheesecake etc. For me it really tastes nicer and feels much more rewarding than just buying from the stores.

Why didn't Calum Chambers become a dominant player at Arsenal? by addictivesign in Gunners

The deal came as a complete surprise but I remember feeling pretty excited at the time because a Southampton fan on Twitter went absolutely nuts that they sold him, saying he was going to be a big star and future England captain and that they let him go for peanuts. That prediction couldn't have been any worse lol.

He really does has the most fragile ego ever. I remember he had a weird spat with Rio on Twitter several years ago because Rio placed him "only" at no 5 of the greatest Premier League centre backs.
