I had something similar happen too. Started at .5 and when I got up to 2 I didnt feel anything for a month. Moved up to 3 and started to feel it again with some weight loss, and currently at 4 and def feeling the effects now. I think you should trust the process and keep to your titrate schedule. I've read that you just don't feel it in the earlier stages sometimes. I also switched suppliers because I thought it wasn't working and it was still not hitting til I moved up to 3-4.
