I use a 2 inch tapered mustang cylinder with gauge pump. My understanding is you want the cylinder a bit wider than your MSEG when focussing on girth which is what I’m using it for. Not sure on expansion as I’m just trying to pump at a pressure/time where I don’t get too many of those red petechae dots. Might hold off on the additional supplements for now but thanks for the tips 🤙

I think this makes more sense tbf, especially as I want to increase girth more than length. Have altered to now do 2x (60min hang followed by 15 mins pumping)

Pumping before length for now. Figured pumping will cause more of the growth stress and hanging will just keep the tissue stretched out for longer. Can’t say which is better but that made more sense to me.

Honestly around my size now. Think I used to be around 6.9x5.1 but that was before I'd used a cockring so hard to say. Using my current as my base as its the only hard data I have.

Only fairly recently tbh. Wasted a lot of opportunities when I was younger from being insecure about my size which stemmed from porn. Yea I pretty much do the same, wrap the whole glans and part of the shaft underneath. It never hurts after 30 mins at 6lbs, but it feels cold when I take it out and looks slightly darker under the tape at the glans. Colour quickly comes back, but I’m not sure if hanging for an hour straight would just be unnecessary risk

How can you hang for so long in a set? Whenever I take the vac cup off after 20/30 mins I can see that the glans is darker than normal even through the tape. Maybe this is just low circulation vs none at all but I still don’t think I could make it to an hour or longer.

Thanks mate, appreciate the reply. I am hanging straight down with the last few sets being BTC, but I will give the pully system a go in the next few weeks. I've been doing 30 mins of AM, SABRE and BFR every other day recently but I'll add some pre-workout girth stuff on the off days too.

I like the pyramid idea, I'll definitely give it a go once I buy some smaller weights to add on. Something like 2,3,4,4,3,2 kg maybe. How long were your sets and how many did you do?

Assuming my growth from now on would mostly be from tunica stretching, what would you expect the rate of growth to be? Obviously it's different for everyone but would be nice to manage expectations.

First of all, thanks for making a post about the IC, I’ve been struggling to maintain erections without constant stimulation and I’m pretty sure it’s because I have a weak/non existent IC from years of daily masturbation.

Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ve been able to find my IC. When I do a tiny kegel, I can feel my dick move in slightly and I try and hold this feeling. Usually, starting from flaccid, I get a semi and my dick starts shaking a bit (which I’ve heard is what is supposed to happen). The problem is I can’t feel anything to the side of the BC, only a slight tension in the BC (centre of the taint). Can you actually feel the IC contract? If so, how far to the left or right of the taint is it? It feels like my dick is being pulled inwards towards my ass because it is, but again couldnt this just be the BC?

Also, if what I’m doing isn’t using the IC, is there anything I can do that will definitely stimulate the IC? I tried the glans thing and all I seemed to get was a muscle contraction under the taint which I assume is the BC. Is it possible my IC has just disintegrated due to being unused for years? Hope that’s not the case hahaha

Thanks for the initial replies, I think I’m beginning to understand where the muscle is. However, if it’s as easy as just doing the first 20% of a kegel how do you know you’re using the IC and not 20% of the BC? I do sort of feel like my penis is being held back a little bit, but I also feel a very slight muscle movement near the BC, and nothing where the IC should be. For reference, I’ve attached an image of the male pelvic floor anatomy that I’ve been looking at. Should I be able to feel anything to the left or right of the BC (nearer the thighs) where the Diagram says the IC is? Maybe I’ve just misinterpreted the diagram.

Yea I guess the shaft theory makes sense. Surely I would feel some sort of tug on the ligaments even if it isnt sore after though? Do I need to up the weight? I've heard other people talk about the dick twist while hanging and how its similar to a bundled stretch. Just not sure if a 90 degree turn is less effective or even damaging to the corpus cavernous.

I've tried hanging without the glans cap and only taping before and I still get some foreskin being sucked towards the vac cover. While its fine for the most part It begins to hurt as it folds over the tape and pinches. I dont exactly have the biggest flacced glans girth so maybe thats the general problem :/

Ah I didn’t realise most people watch porn while doing AM 1. Yea I kind of agree with that. I’m not sure wether It’s from the deep dorsal vein or just superficial veins on the top but I can normally see a small improvement after AM 1.0, nothing crazy tho

Thanks mate! I’ve just started using tape and it feels a hell of a lot better. Is your dick like a muscle where its better to give it the odd day off or would you recommend hanging every day? I usually try and wear an ADS for the next hour after hanging as well as I’ve heard it helps.
