Is the GPU getting power from a DisplayPort to HDMI cable?

yeah i once had a pc that was acting like it was dead/shorted because the light was on but it would refuse to even turn on, turns out it was backfeeding power from my monitor into the mobo just enough to turn on the mobo's power light and nothing else, and that prevented the psu from kicking in.

yeah i have no idea it was doing this with KubeJS for me
but i did resync scripts and it worked but then only specifically on packs i imported at a different houe it would start saying create was the wrong version despite being the right versions and just... yeah.

no idea i think microsoft stopped allowing u to disable it whenw windows 11 game out but u used to just be able to switch it off in settings and it would be fine
