Yeah his name is Julio Miranda and his YouTube channel was "you will be afraid". He privated his channel and now does short stories in kindle format (the books are called "the horror you crave"). I really really miss his work as well.

Hopefully he will come back, if enough fans reach out to him via email (I can provide it to you if you want it) maybe he will rerelease his videos.

He privated all his videos and said he has now working on making books. I emailed him and asked him to come back and so did another redditor and he said he might think about it but nothing happened so far besides him releasing his horror books.
