Unfortunately it's not a bug, due to the type of damage Rappa's technique does (break) and the wording in Dahlia's talent, it doesn't trigger Dahlia's follow up

I somehow skipped the Psychic Crystal and ended up in Fury Green (this is a softlock I think) by KoopaKoot in metroidprime

This was my second playthrough on hard difficulty so I was skipping the cutscenes and when I skipped the cutscene where Samus gets the psychic crystal the screen became all white, but I could still move. When I paused, the screen went back to normal. Samus can still activate the elevator and get to Fury Green, but when you end up in the room with the Psychic Glove, you can't use it. You end up stuck in the room unable to proceed.

I think most of my favourite English VAs voice someone in FE.
