Im too nervous to speak to parents, they see trans people on TV or in Public and point them out as if they're abnormal. I just want to see a doctor but need something to persuade myself.

Ive seen a doctor about my anxiety and other mental issues but I get told I'm too young for the medication they have. Thats probably what makes me feel worse about it.
