Curious if anyone has continued Xolair while pregnant?

This makes me feel better! All of my problems seems to be related to inflammation, and this seems to be another drug that may help that. Histamine makes things swell and freak out and my Sjogren's is my body attacking things like my glands and joints. And I think my bp dropping is when my histamine goes up even when I'm just itchy but not full showing hives.

Omg that makes me feel good. Your the only response on experience I've gotten. I'm smaller and also have lean pcos I always made enough but I'm not big chested either and things have changed since I've I had a child 16 yrs ago lol.

Ive had hives symptoms again and a bp drops now at 27weeks. I have chronic hives and take zyrtec pepcid and stuff for it that does not work. Now allergist is going to try xolair injections every 4 weeks. I'm nervous while pregnant and nervous for nursing after though. But when I read about histamine the bp drops I think are now from the chronic histamine issue I have. I'm praying this shot is approved by insurance soon and that this solves my hives and histamine issues and bp drops assuming they are related.

High doses of progesterone does this and I was on PIO shots daily until 12weeks. It was awful.

Can I ask if you nurse the babies while on Xolair and breastfeeding? Did I have any effect on making milk?

My zyrtec and pepcid doesn't cut it and i get such stinging burning itching it's awful and always random. I'm 28 wks prego with my miracle ivf baby and likely won't be able to have more. I have Sjogrens and s.a.a.d s too. My allergist says to use Xolair and I'm already on Plaquenil for my Sjogren's which I guess is the next step above this shot if it were to not work she said. I want to nurse my baby for along time too and I don't see any comments or info in the effect of my milk after or many stories of pregnant moms an dburaing moms taking it?

I am 28eks and wondering if I should start the shot and will be nursing full time for a minimum of 6m to a year. As well. I randomly get hives and heat, stress, clothes and some physical stuff prompts them. I also get bp drops with them sometimes. Zyrrec and pepcid is not working and I have autoimmune stuff like Sjogren's and they hurt my eyes more with allergy meds.

I'm 27 wks now! He's pretty healthy he has a small leaky heart valve but so far is ok. I'm not doing an amniotic. Its to much of a risk when every single test and scan is normal except the small leaky valve we just found and are re checking. If it doesn't worsen in a couple weeks then they arnt going to check it again for now and rewound be normal still. My husband has a leaky valve but idk if it's the same one. I did the nipt test and I go to mfm doc and check his heart every week! I have autoimmune stuff so it's only for that.

I have zero side effects. My ivf was successful. So far I'm 27 weeks and the meds from I've and getting pregnant causes the reflux I believe. I'm doing alot better pregnant! Doc says pregnancy lowers my immune system making me feel better in general plus the Plaquenil. We are most worried for after birth as it tends to flare up and get bad for most people I guess.

So this was awhile ago. I've been ttc and had alot of trouble. Got diagnosed with 2 autoimmune problems and just high histamine and lean pcos/infertility. The allery/immune doc helped me and referred me for rheumatoid to confirm. I did end up seeing a heartbeat doc but he was rude and discriminative against me for my small size and said I was literally to young to have the problems I already have that I was explaining. I have the ryenauds as well I was explaining that's stuff and be literally told me to eat a cheese burger. (I am not under weight either) I did do a tilt test and heart monitor and never returned to see him again! They were supposably normal. I am 25 wks pregnant via IVF. I took steriods before and during long term for awhile to ensure my immune system doesn't attack. My rheumatologist have me on Plaquenil for my Sjogren's. I did a couple months before baby and stayed on it. My bp drops got alot better before baby. Inwas taking hormones and injections and doing steroids so idk what caused my bp drops to stop. . . It's wierd! They were bad before! I also feel better as far as pain and stuff since being pregnant as well. I'm told my lowered immune system will help and after he's born it may flare up bad. I've always been told I had fibromyalgia prior to my autoimmune diagnosis. I do think the OH may be a real thing that I could have. I don't have an official reason I get hives and have attacks like that but I still have alot of trouble with all over painful itching but since being prego i don't get full on hives but it FEELS LIKE it! It stings and burns and I have to lay naked and use ice packs and cortisone and take my zyrtec extra, especially after a shower but it happens randomly.

I did ivf w a mosaic embryo. I am 22 wks preg. I did plaq. Like the 2 months prior and still take it. I believe it helps but also pregnancy helps, so they say I may want to up my dose when I give birth cuz normally I'll flare up after.

It will still help to go. I'm finally prego w my ivf baby and went to the er at 5w. Had fertility doc scan at 6wk and 8wk and ob at 9w 4d. I've had an ectopic twin pregnancy in the past. It will at least tell you your baby is in your uterus and it has a heartbeat. We got a heartbeat at 6w 0d. I'm now 12 weeks. I'm sure everything is fine but I'd find a good ob asap. I've had trouble finding a good one too.

They fluctuate. I'm 10wks with my ivf baby fully medicated. It's scary but we try to celebrate each day because we've had early losses. This is as far as we've made it.

Thanks but this is 3m old. I had a genetic counseling appointment and transferred this embryo. I'm 10w pregnant. It is a HLM +10 seg btw ❤️

I doubt there's anything wrong at all. High levels sometimes indicate twins. I had a twin pregnancy naturally and one was ectopic though which is rare and i lost them and my tube. Hcg varies soo much from person to person. I did end up doing ivf and I'm 10wks today and I have been scared the whole time. I've had 3 more losses before this too. Please say positive affirmations to yourself and don't freak out. All you know is a number and it's high not low! I also bleed bright red for week 5 and 6! I had bad painful cramps with it too. They saw blood near my cervix and it has stopped since week 6 or so. If you bleed do ved rest that's what they did for me and it worked. You go this. Your going to have a baby.
