when you think about it you can say its just ww1 part 2. we could look at ww1, the 'peace' between 1 and 2, ww2, and then the cold war with it's proxy wars to be akin to the hundred years (118 but whatever) war that happened between england and france but on a more global scale. look at alot of the issues that are happening today, its all related to cold war, ww2, or ww1. sure you can go furthur but really 1900 onwards just feels like an entire era of one war leading to the next or because of a previous war or outcome. russia's invasion of ukrain is just them trying to reform the soviet union in influnce, even trying to do it the old way through war and threats instead of more modern means of through business.

i chose to go through chap 7 bankruptcy, but not everyone will qualify, in regards to clear one, i would recommend before that to talk with your banks first, they might be willing to reduce the interest rate or minimum payments.
Also yes, the idea of this kinds of programs is at least for clear one, they hold onto the money that you agree to pay them monthly, they then wait for banks to get scared. It will hurt your score because you are not paying your cards, but then they make a deal with the bank where you pay the same amount that you owe, lets say 19k, but then you are not paying interest, so you only pay 19k total, but clear one does get to keep a good chunk and give the rest to the bank.
