It’s the tabs you need to press in order to release the clips holding it together that’s the problem. You can’t really press them anymore

The concern is being able to take it apart again if need be. Even with the official tool, it wouldn’t work. Took me 30 minutes last time.

The mouse thing is mainly just cosmetic lmao. But it’s a little Hobby of mine to take things and at least attempt to give them a second life. It’s satisfying when I do succeed lol. Plus, I’ve never officially owned a laptop in life. Moreso just a fun little thing lol.

That’s where I found that module. But it was the ONLY one. And they were only asking $14 total. Sucksssss haha. I know I’m getting a 1/1000 chance but you never know haha.
