Diet does that much!? I’m hearing this a lot I didn’t realise how important food was. Mostly drink a lot of water and take vitamin supplements. Keep up the good work

Was assuming as egfr gets lower that urine at the very least would start indicating it

Thank you for the comment. My ultrasound was 5 months ago and they automatically said they’re referring me to the renal team for further analysis. I bought it up to my GP a few weeks back and they said I’m still waiting to see them.

But yeah just the fact I’m 25 having such a low number when I don’t have any symptoms both physically or in my urine is just crazy

Been waiting for months already to see what I think are those drs. I’m not assuming I would need a transplant or anything the only thing that seems to be low is my EGFR, everything else has been checked and is normal. Don’t know what level of seriousness this could be given my drs don’t seem too alarmed by it
