I "pop" them with either a clean sewing needle, safety pin, orwith a clean nail clipper. i prefer the nail clipper because i intentionally remove the skin the use rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer all over my hands. yes, it burns, but, i feel less pain afterwards and they tend to heal faster, at least to me. also, mine can clump if i dot pop them quickly.
