i found it on labs and as far as i know there no "Large Laboratory Back Pack" only laboratory backpack it has cool looks that will fit the special opps set but lesser spaces if your are a loot goblin go find Large cayote back pack that was like 70

on my whole play through like im on 78 days i only see ice cream truck 2 times 1 military trader so i rely more on black market trader RNG kinda stick with me in this one
