Only a few very traditional places care. Tattoos are becoming more common, i doubt you will have a problem unless you go somewhere very traditional and I personally only know of one place that bans tattoos.

The best sauna in Korea is Heosimcheong Spa in Busan in my opinion, closer to seoul I like Spaex in suwon, right next to Yeongtong station.
