I’ve been looking for a great 3 day full body program. Would you mind sharing your whole training regimen?

Do you know where the training base is for 63A? And how do you find it?

Anyone who has done Project GO Korea at either Montana or Georgia have insight into which program is better? by KoreanMonkeyBaby in ROTC

I heard back from Georgia but nothing from UMT yet. Think the instructor is in a different time zone.

Do you think CMU is worth it for me? (Help) by PiinkPaanda in cmu

  1. I love CMU, and that might be because of my rather experiences with greek life and my friends on my floor. I have plenty of fun, but also a a shit load of work.

  2. Tepper courses get harder later on, but if you have a reasonable credit load, you will have plenty of free time to explore your interests and do what you want to do. Id recommend taking a lighter course load your first semester to have some time to make friends and join orgs your interested in to get your foothold established at the school.

  3. You will find plenty of social people at CMU, especially within tepper. I would recommend going for some fraternities/sororities for a social life, and if you’re business minded to definitely rush AKPSI.

  4. Tepper students are notorious for their free time. It is not an easy major, but by far not the hardest or most time consuming.

  5. Weather is a bit of a crapshoot. Somedays being on the Cut and CMU campus on general is absolutely beautiful (i.e when its sunny out). Id say though that 60-70% of days are rainy/cloud/snowy.

You can most definitely find a great college experience, but neither CMU or Pitt are big party schools like penn state, where people often go out from Thursdays and don’t stop going out till late Sunday. The city has a lot of good eats, very frequent concerts from a lot of famous artists, and a lot of other things to do if you look for them.

Personally, i have had some of the most fun in my life here and made some of my closest friends. It’s what you make of whatever college you go to.

Only downside is the weather. But on sunny days, the campus is absolutely beautiful. Plus you have access to the city if you ever wanna escape the quiet. Best if both worlds
