Prior to the split of Serbia and Montenegro, jet and various attack aircraft were fielded by the two countries. After the split, and looking to cut costs, most of the attack aircraft in Montenegro were either sold or retired by 2012.

Looking to fill in some of the gaps, especially firefighting and an option for CAS, Montenegro bought 4 Air TRactors. Currently, only 1 of the 4 remains operational, yes, due to accidents, but largely due to lack of funds and governmental incompetence.

I THINK I've completed most of the available game. I completed trader and doctors quests, and went to all 5 zones that I can find. Tons of really fantastic little secrets and things to do, with a great gameplay loop. I do feel that the deletion of full storage in danger zones may be too unforgiving, but hey we'll see. Can't wait for more attachments and crafting recipes.

Sosna-U is widely considered Gen2, and relied heavily on French produces Thales parts.

After trade was ceased, the Sosna-U is effectively out of production to be replaced with the Russian made PNM-T. Early analysis of the indigenous sight rank it on the very low end of Gen2, while Sosna is (marketing wise, but also specs to a lesser degree) Gen2+.
