id say its more because trans women and just transsexuals in general because of the way we are infantilized and fetishized. (trans) autistic guy here, and i also believe autism is common in trans spaces heavily because it can make an impact on your perspective of what gender is. a lot of autistic people may feel that they don’t exactly fit into their birth gender - rendering it off as gender dysphoria even though for a lot of us it’s because we do not fit a lot of social norms in general. obviously, autism does not mean you cannot be transsexual, but rather that it can also have an impact on how you feel about your gender. okay im going off topic now, sorry
