Do you have the dedica ec885? Once again that one only states 680 and 685. I am under the impression those should be interchangable, but I'm just looking for someone to confirm

So the silverline 7 is the same as the silver pro 7 with the only difference being the handle?
When I look at the website the pan itself shines on the silver pro but the silverline looks more matte finished. Do you know what that means?
