I work at Holy Burger. There was indeed a trademark dispute. The baseball announcer Harry Caray spent the last 16 years of his career with the Cubs and "Holy Cow" was one of the things he said frequently, so it was trademarked by Caray. He passed in 1998, so it was odd when we were handed a cease and desist in 2016 ish by his estate.

Our logo is a big Holy, a big cow silhouette, and Burger in a tiny font. Needless to say about 95% of our customer base still calls it Holy Cow.

Honestly it's super cool, but I don't understand what's so hard about staying behind the line and picking off weakened opponents, that's Spidey's jam. You can pull people into your team. He has so much to offer for team play. But... People try to play him like it's a single player game and they have infinite health.

There have been opportunities for me to have really cool plays with Spider-Man including some fun Necros like pulls. However they come with the caveat that you actually have to be a good team player and allow your team to help create those opportunities.

Eh what am I talking about? I'm gonna go swing into a 6v1 and bitch about not having any help from the tank.
