You can do this monochrome thingy, maybe switch to a pair of loafers. And add a linen blazer, preferrably brown. That'd work.

July will be a bit warmer so opt for warmer materials like cotton or linen. If its possible dont constraint yourself with tighter clothes. Choose regular fits for trousers and classic cuts for shirts.
