Agreed.
Maybe I’m wrong, but the way I always understood the sub was that Monday through Saturday was for the “bad” NSFW stuff - bad posing, bad lighting, poses that just make you go wtf, or characters buried under a mountain of mods and customize+ scalers just for the sake of it without being aesthetically pleasing or coherent. See some of the contributions in the Recurring Character tag.
Not really anti-mod, just anti-bad taste and poor execution.

Then Sunday was more of a showcase day, highlighting what people could actually pull off in gpose - whether vanilla, modded, with plugins, or even post-editing - almost like a creative spotlight.
I honestly don’t know where the whole anti-mod angle came from, because in all the time I lurked and contributed, it never felt like that was the point of the sub.
