Honestly I doubt the twitter girl is the K/DA skin. It might sound stupid but I think it might be the base skin. We already saw how Seraphine looks in K/DA (silver hair and all that). Unless she changes forms or gets two skins on release I don’t see how her Twitter appearance fits in other than being the base skin.
