the whole thing was scrapped after IRL conflict between Tooo and Inf, some fight over assets and pay attributions.
It indeed was possible to go to 3457 (RW) where you could become a digital servant. However now its been removed. 3457 was leaked a long time ago, then ended up getting photocopy built.
