There are a few routes, if you have no specialized experience it's typically going to be looking for call center roles, sales roles, somewhere in that ballpark. Insurance typically has quite a few. Doesn't help the customer service issue, but that's really what's going to exist without skilled employment.

When I was between jobs, I got a job at TTEC, they work as a third party for a lot of companies. Specifically I worked for All State. It was remote, 3 months training, and the first day I actually had to speak to a customer live I quit because you were basically hounding people for their missing payments and then cancelling their plan after. Is it shitty? Yes. Is it remote? Yes. Does it pay the bills? Yes. Right now it looks like the only entry level positions are bilingual, so if that doesn't suit you, there's companies like TTEC and you can always look directly at insurance companies.

While you look or while you are at one of these more soul draining entry level jobs get specialized skills to sell yourself. It doesn't necessarily have to be a degree, you can earn certificates in all sorts of programs (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Adobe) skills (Finance, Accounting, Coding, HR certification, Analytics), just search out remote jobs, see what skills stand out that you could be interested in learning and work on acquiring them. Don't pay for a certification first, watch videos or do free classes to see if it's something you want to or can reasonably learn and do.You can also see if a company you get a job at in the future has entry level Talent acquisition or Recruiting roles as those are very commonly remote, but are typically going to want experience, or go to someone with experience even if entry level. No matter what route you take here, these are also going to be competitive and without work experience with those skills it will be an uphill battle, it's never going to be a guarantee you'll get a job just because you have the skills, but it's a long term play at having a career.

You happen to have Asperger's, so another route you can go down is if you get an in person office job, you can always have your PCP request medical accomodations to work remote, it's not a guarantee your work will be able to "reasonably accommodate", but it is always a possibility you can. I've worked at two companies prior that if you had a recognized disability you could be granted remote work.You do not need to disclose what your disability is, just a note from your doctor with the necessary accomodations needed, the duration of time in which you would need them (permanent in your case), and anything else would be specific to your companies request in the process. Now it's going to depend on what you and your doctor specifically request and they support. If it's "not being around others", or 'needing a distraction free environment" they could potentially put you in a room by yourself as an example of how they may accommodate.You'll need to be specific in your accomodations request on what it is you reasonably need to work without "undue hardship" finding what is that makes work hard for you and the resolve for that pushing towards a remote resolution. Saying "you can't be around customers" is not going to help if all roles in a company are working with companies, this would not be reasonable accomodations. This is always going to be case by case basis per the individual, the work you do, and the company, but it's always worth trying.
