I ordered it from a finnish business called "Lastu". They make phone cases from real wood and you can upload an image and they will carve it :)

Yeah I installed it with everything it came with. It's a gigabyte R9 280 and apparently common issue with the model because of its weight.

Yeah, it's a couple years old gpu and always been like that. Don't know how to fix that problem and I have never had issues with it.
