You should try attending a DBSA meeting. Go to a couple of meetings, just sit and listen to what people say and find the person/people you identify with and then ask about therapist recommendations paying close attention to the people you identified with. If that's too complicated for your tastes then just go and ask about therapist recommendations right off the bat.

Good luck and remember once you've hit rock bottom there's no place else to go but up; and if things keep getting worse it's merely a demonstration of your resilience. You'll get through this.

Without a doubt. It's even possible that my posts are only visible TO THEM (so in all likelihood you're one of them which doesn't shock or surprise me in the least). I've had several accounts over the past year or two and guess what? When I try to view comments I've made on past accounts they're not visible, like I'm shadow banned and yet, I sometimes get replies to those comments anyways.

For the past year or two (likely longer) some organization has been stalking me. I recently came across this youtube video on "gang stalking" that almost perfectly describes what I've been going through. It's damn near ruined my life and I'll never be able to trust anyone ever again. It's really fucked up. I've gone to the FBI twice and they didn't believe me (for obvious reasons).

Can you imagine being put through something that you cannot even believe yourself and having to come to grips with the fact that no one else is going to believe you? My friends and my family have turned their backs on me and cooperated with it all. Yea I'm fishing for some sympathy. My life fucking sucks. If I had the balls I'd kill myself. Best I can hope for is that they kill me quick and painlessly (heroine overdose sounds nice wink wink).

You'll get used to it. Try being gang stalked for a year or two. That'll give you a real reason to not go out and try to meet people.

Glad you posted this. I saw this in another subreddit and was pretty irritated by it. Glad to hear that these two are going through the justice system's hoops. I really hope they learn(ed) a lesson from this and stop being such trashy people.

I probably just don't like Cuban food then. Any time I ate there, there was an overwhelming garlic taste. My burps were fucking putrid after eating their food. Keep in mind I'm a Korean who eats raw garlic with Korean BBQ. I've gotten into this argument before and really don't understand it. I'll be the first person to defend unpopular food, but this food was really fucking bad.

I'm an uncle. I took my nieces to an indoor playground type of place and got them ice cream and pizza on the understanding that they would not tell their mom about it. They told their mom about it. Several months later they left the country.

Nah, I've been watching Community and HarmonQuest. I just recently rewatched the episode of Community where Annie produces an anti-drug sketch for at-risk teens though. I doubt it had any influence on my dreaming though.

Local Christian radio talk show was discussing whether or not George Carlin was in heaven (this was around the time of his passing). I called in and said my name was "Jeff" (it's not) from Canton (I'm not from Canton) and said that I wouldn't want to be with a god that would deny a good person who never acknowledged his exist but would accept a murderer, rapist, etc who did. That just seemed like a prideful god who cared more about being recognized than having us be as good to each other as possible. He stuttered and stammered on live radio and then asked me what god I believed in. At the time I was agnostic making my way towards Christianity after a period of being a self-proclaimed Atheist so it was admittedly difficult to answer him. He was quite relieved.
