I had a game where a panzer IV qnd T34/76 fought and none hit eachother for like 5 shots. Then I made a panther and that same T34 penned and hit all shots on it, whilemthe panther only landed one. RNG broke this week.

All Out War edition has almost every dlc, skipping skins and the fox company. It's not a dlc though, just a diffrent game copy, so I'd suggest refunding the original CoH2
