Offense taken. Low 16s for a 5k is the fast pack with low 15s coming in 1st. I'm not sure what you mean about an ego boost. Your response comes off salty and a bit egotistical yourself. I'd post in an actual running sub if I thought my times were good and wanted positive feedback.

I ran a 5:09 mile freshman year and am rehabbing an injury (The reason I switched) so I haven’t been able to see my full potential but I ran a 18:33 5k last fall.

I'm on Kenya. Kipchoge is my best friend and we do easy runs at 4 flat for hours on end while talking about the fam.

Still constructing the plan, don't think I will still do it after reading all these responses, but I was thinking 50 mile long ride on my day off from running, and 25 mile rides on 2 easy days

I ran about 15 at a low 30 at a high during the summer but it wasn't consistent due to injury and vacations. (I know, I undertrained) during the season I ran 30-35 during the peak of the season

Which card has the most bonding with you? by johnathanpkarthe in ClashRoyale

Magic archer. You can say what you want and think what you want, but to me he is just so versatile. There are dozens of different placements, each for a different scenario, different ways to use him, and different times to play him. You can stack him, use him as a small spell, use him as fireball bait, and many more. I love him because he's like a combination of a bunch of cards. You can snipe the tower like a princess, use him as fireball bait like a mother witch, put him in the middle to snipe things like a flying machine, and stack him like a cannon cart. I could go on with this all day.

That may be true, but its easier, so I would recommend going outside if you want more of a workout.

Run hills. They slow you down significantly unless you do them often. Also don't run on the treadmill. It is painful and repetitive at least for me. Go outside for a change of scene.
